Goat Wave Audio provides AI-powered audio processing tools including stem splitting, instant mixing (InstaMix), audio mastering, key detection, and auto tune. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Your Content & Copyright
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any audio content. By uploading audio files to Goat Wave Audio, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have explicit permission to use it
- Your use does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your files solely to provide the requested service
We do not claim ownership of your audio content. Files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Goat Wave Audio to:
- Infringe upon the copyrights or intellectual property of others
- Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
- Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary technology
5. Intellectual Property
The Goat Wave Audio platform, including its design, code, InstaMix technology, branding, and content, is owned by Goat Wave Audio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Goat Wave Audio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements. Audio processing results may vary depending on the quality and content of uploaded files.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goat Wave Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
8. Paid Services
When paid tiers are introduced, additional terms will apply to subscription and payment arrangements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
